The website suppliers only new, quality, fully functioning items. To ensure our customers complete satisfaction we offer several warranty levels.

In that rare cases when the item you have bought at our store does not operate as supposed to, you can return it within 10 business days upon receipt and we will either pay you back a full refund or exchange it for an equal item. If for some reason the item does not come up to your expectations, we also accept the item for return, however you will have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Please note that items you return will be refunded only under the condition that they are new, with original packages and accessories. You will be paid back as soon as we receive the item. We do not cover shipping costs.

Within 30 days on receipt items can be returned for exchange in case they do not work. Customers are to cover the shipping expenses to deliver items back and we will cover the shipping expenses to deliver it to you.

Moreover, all the items come under 1-year warranty. In case the goods are faulty, you can send it back to be repaired for free. Customers cover all shipping expenses. However, if the goods do not work because of inappropriate handling, customers will have to pay for the replaced components.
